Primary School English Teachers Study The Status Quo Of "creative Use" Of Textbooks

The English curriculum standard mentioned "the creative use of textbooks ",it is referred about teacher who follows the English curriculum standard,familiar with the characteristics of the subject.And also familiar with the students' age,teaching objectives,teaching materials and other factors,it combined with their own Basic teaching resources.English teachers according to the above total factors,and also combined with their own personal style.The knowledge of textbook are more efficiently delivered to the students.The “creative use of textbooks” for students to grasp the basic knowledge,it can break down the difficulty part,and teachers impart wisdom and creativity to textbooks.This research interviewed several experienced English teachers from a primary school,I focus the use of textbooks,meanwhile take notes.I take notes from four parts,including the textbook structure and general use,the deleted or added part of the textbook,to adjust sequence of textbooks,the convergence of content.The observation of English teachers how to carry out the creative use of textbooks in the daily teaching life,it can observe the factors promoting teachers "creative use of textbooks”,which are from students,teachers and three grade curriculum management system.The research focuses grade three to grade six.The interview from several teachers was reviewed on several English teachers' practical suggestions,they uphold the scientific concept of education,teachers need more creative space,they abandon the idea of "teaching materials" and transform the thinking into "teaching with textbooks",so as to achieve unity of instrumentality and humanity.The design of primary English textbooks is novel,it close to reality and accord with the characteristics of physical and mental development of students.However,one of the English textbook as a teaching tool for teachers,to create textbooks has become a part of teachers' daily use of textbooks.
