Application Research Of Project Management In The Construction Of Mental Health Standardization

Project management is paid attention to in the Second World War in the middle of twentieth Century,and it is a modern management technology developed rapidly in the application of industrial projects.At present,project management has been widely used in various management fields worldwide,and has achieved remarkable results.However,it is still rare to apply it to the study of mental health education in Colleges and universities.Contrasting the concept and method of project management,we should learn from the successful experience of project management,systematically analyze,plan and implement scientific management in order to create a positive,lively and healthy learning environment for the majority of students.This paper discusses the standardization of mental health in Colleges and universities from the point of view of project management.Based on the analysis of the background of mental health education in China's universities and the development of mental health education at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the problems and gaps in mental health education in China,and points out the significance of standardized mental health education in Colleges and universities.Through the theory of life cycle factors,the introduction of project management process and project,discuss the project management method is applied to the feasibility of mental health education in Colleges and universities in the standardization,and the mental health education center of a university standardization construction project as an example,the construction of the mental health standard of high school for the implementation and evaluation design,project acceptance,necessity and feasibility of promoting mental health standardization construction in Colleges and universities through examples.In summary,this paper uses the combined method of theoretical and empirical methods,the project management applied to mental health education in Colleges and universities of standardization in the construction process,on the one hand,expand the research field of project management,on the other hand,also the construction of mental health education for colleges and universities to actively promote the standard provides research methods and techniques new.
