With the unceasingly deep development of the mental health education insecondary vocational schools, the mental health education course has attracted moreand more public attention. But due to the imbalance of the education development, theformation of good psychological quality of all students has already been affected. Theappearance of students’ behaviors because of psychological unbalance, events ofpsychological crisis and accidents of physical harm in some regions and schools hascaused grave concerns from all sectors of community, as well as strong reaction fromparents and society. Yet resulted from the late start of psychological health educationin our country, there still exist a great many problems such as the lack of knowledge ofpsychological health education, the obsolete teaching methods, the weak practicalexperience, and the insufficient teacher resources. As far as the current situation isconcerned, problems of disciplinization, curriculumization, formalism and idealismtendency have emerged. Obviously, the current mental health education can not meetthe demand of the students in secondary vocational schools any more, and thus needssolutions and perfection without delay. Therefore, this research will start from thedevelopment analysis of mental health education in schools, and try to find apsychological health education course construction system appropriate for students insecondary vocational school, through the analysis and comparison of the experience ofdifferent countries.The first part of the thesis will begin with the rise of the psychological healtheducation course, and determine the methods and the train of thought of this research,through the analysis of comparing the development of psychological health educationat home and abroad.In the second part, the paper will find out and the inadequacy of the currentsituation in the psychological health education curriculum in our country, by analyzingthe curriculum theory basis, psychological basis and sociological basis. Then it willprovide foundation for the structure of the characteristics and principles ofpsychological health education course construction for the secondary vocational schoolstudents in our country in the future. The third part of the thesis is mainly on the analysis of learning, personality, life,study and employment, etc of the secondary vocational students. According to thecharacteristics of the secondary vocational students, the paper will collect and analyzethe research data, especially those of the learning psychology and personalitypsychology, life psychology, psychological health of higher education andemployment of secondary vocational students, through which set the criteria for thepsychological health of secondary vocational students. Also, it will set mental healtheducation target as important reference content of the construction of the curriculumsystem, by analyzing in depth the psychological phenomena expressed by secondaryvocational students. Finally, it will combine all sorts of education theory and find thecontent suitable for the psychological health education course construction of thesecondary vocational school students.As the core of the thesis, the fourth part will structure course construction contentsystem in accordance with the content of psychological health education courseconstruction for secondary vocational school students, take the staging theory andmoral education, classroom teaching, extracurricular activities, parent-schoolintegration as a platform of practice education, impart theory with traditional teachingmethods, take it as a practice to participate in cooperation, and allow the courseconstruction and the subject learning to develop together. In the process of practice, theknowledge of each course overlaps and mixes together. The paper will give a fullexplanation to the approaches and methods of psychological health education courseconstruction for the secondary vocational school students from the aspects of thecurriculum, school-based curriculum development, study-practice integrated research.The paper finally points out that: the operation of the psychological healtheducation course construction for secondary vocational school students should beguaranteed. Only if we realize the linkage mechanism of the trinity--schools, studentsand the departments in charge, can we put into effect the secondary vocational schoolstudents psychological health education course construction and reach the goal ofsecondary vocational students mental health, guarantee the implementation of thecurriculum construction from the aspects of organization construction, systemconstruction, etc, and put forward the management and evaluation measures of thoughtto implement evaluation on campus, between schools, between departments andexperts.
