Critical thinking is a rigorous,self-reflective thinking and the foundation of creative thinking.In the information age,life is full of massive information.When faced with mixed information,how to quickly and accurately find high-efficiency,highrelevance and authoritative information,how to effectively integrate this information and use this information to make judgments,and then to recreate knowledge,which are still important issues and remain to be resolved.Therefore,the study of critical thinking in information technology curriculum learning has an urgent practical and theoretical significance.To review and summarize critical thinking researches at home and abroad,an obvious shortcoming is the lack of critical thinking assessment scale in the field of discipline.In view of this shortcoming,this study proposes the topics of critical thinking of the information technology curriculum and the development of critical thinking in the information technology curriculum.Focusing on this topic,this study,on the basis of information technology curriculum,draws on the method of compiling psychology tests,compiles a critical thinking questionnaire of the information technology curriculum,and applies the questionnaire to know the development of critical thinking in the curriculum currently.The purpose of this study is to reveal the current state of critical thinking development in students' information technology curriculum,and to provide new ideas and approaches for the study of critical thinking in information technology disciplines.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The high school information technology curriculum has the possibility of cultivating students' critical thinking;(2)the development of critical thinking in students' information technology curriculum is uneven in some dimensions;(3)the thinking and criticality in the process of teaching are the main factors in the development of critical thinking in information technology curriculum.
