In recent years,with the comprehensive advancement of Shanghai's the "curriculum-based teaching and evaluation" work,the concept of ?evaluation accompanied teaching? has gradually become more and more popular,and multiple evaluations have gradually become familiar to the majority of teachers.Multivariate evaluation is a kind of teaching evaluation based on multiple intelligence theory and humanism theory.The essence of multi-assessment is multi-level,multi-faceted,and multi-angle evaluations.It not only emphasizes summative evaluation,but also emphasizes procedural evaluation,feedback,motivation,and guidance of evaluation.The establishment of a scientific evaluation system that is conducive to the comprehensive development of students is the key to ensuring the teaching of English in primary schools.Because different schools have different learning conditions,the “school-based practice of multi-assessment” for the characteristics of the students in their respective schools has become a topic that all grassroots schools need to explore and study continuously.The purpose of this paper is to develop a school-based practice of multi-evaluation of English,in the low year periods of School X in one district in Shanghai,in the hope that the results of the study will be unique,and it will serve the teaching and evaluation work of the school.We hope that can also provide reference and promotion for brother schools.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter explains the background and significance of the research,organizes domestic and foreign related research reviews,and determines the object,method and process of the research.The second chapter establishes the theoretical basis for the definition of relevant concepts and the collection and arrangement of theoretical data.In the third chapter,under the framework of school-based implementation of multivariate evaluation of English,combined with the existing empirical research on multivariate evaluation,the writer conducted self-administered questionnaire surveys of English teachers and first and second grade students in the research school.The writer discovered several problems in the implementation of the school-based process,analyzed the causes and put forward suggestions for improvement.In Chapter 4,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,a school-based application strategy for multi-level evaluation of English in the lower grades was studied,focusing on the definition of multivariate evaluation subjects,formulating and refining multi-dimensional evaluation content,formulating school-based multi-dimensional evaluation plans,standardizing the diversity of evaluation methods and exploring the multiple presentation paths of evaluation results,combining school-based evaluation cases for research and elaboration of strategies.Conclusions are given in Chapter 5.The implementation of school-based multi-assessment of primary school English in the low grades is,in the final analysis,to explore a set of operative scientific evaluation mechanisms based on school-based evaluation plans that suit their school characteristics.
