Scientific reasoning is the ability to use logic thinking and reasoning based on scientific facts,and then to interpret or get conclusions.The basic purpose of basic education curriculum reform is to cultivate students' scientific literacy.As a core of scientific inquiry ability,scientific reasoning ability is an important ability for the development of students' scientific literacy.Having the basic ability of scientific reasoning is a necessary condition for scientific inquiry.To cultivate students' scientific reasoning ability is the basis for developing their inquiry ability.What is the level of scientific reasoning ability of junior high school students,high school students and college students?Since scientific reasoning is so important,it is also important to adopt certain methods to improve students' scientific reasoning ability.And related research has found that scientific writing can improve students' scientific reasoning ability.Can scientific writing strategies improve students' ability of scientific reasoning in physics class?First,we measured the level of scientific reasoning of junior high school students,high school students and college students by using the LCTSR scientific reasoning ability scale.The whole situation of scientific reasoning ability of junior middle school students,high school students and college students is obtained.The relationship between scientific reasoning ability of different sexes,scientific reasoning ability of different grades,the relationship between scientific reasoning ability and academic achievement,and the situation of their ability dimensions,The relationship between junior middle school students,high school students and college students' scientific reasoning ability and the development of students' scientific reasoning ability are compared and analyzed.The results showed that:1.the level of students' scientific reasoning ability increased with the increase of age,but the rate of increase was slowing down.2.about the cognition level of students,the cognition level of junior high school students is mostly in the stage of pre operation.The cognition level of undergraduate course is mostly in the stage of formal operation.Therefore,the cognitive level of students increases with the increase of age and from low cognition level to high cognitive level.3.the difference in the level of scientific reasoning ability between male and female students,The scientific reasoning ability of the junior high school students and college students is better than that of the boys.That is,the level of scientific reasoning ability of male and female students is different.But with ageincreasing,the difference is narrowing.4.the relationship between scientific reasoning ability and knowledge.The level of scientific reasoning ability of junior high school students is related to their academic performance.This shows that scientific knowledge learning helps to develop students' scientific reasoning ability.5.when the age reaches a stage,the level of scientific reasoning will not increase with the increase of knowledge,but will decrease.6.about the students' abilities in all dimensions of scientific reasoning,The development of students' ability dimension is not balanced.The development of mass and volume conservation ability is the best,and the development of related reasoning ability is the worst.And each ability dimension increases with age.Then,two classes of grade 2 of junior middle school were selected as subjects of practice study,and the experimental class and the control class were set up.In the teaching of the experimental class,the scientific writing which takes the control of variable learning list as the carrier is integrated,and the teaching practice of a period of time is carried out,and the traditional teaching method is used compared with the class.By studying the level of inference ability of the control variables in the experimental class and the level of the reasoning ability of the control variables in the experimental class and the control class,the level of the reasoning ability of the control variables was measured.To study the training of scientific writing strategies for scientific reasoning ability.It is found that scientific writing strategies can improve students' reasoning ability of control variables.Finally,this paper gives the conclusions of this paper according to the empirical data,and provides some practical suggestions for the teaching of the physics teachers and the future researchers according to the deficiencies of this thesis.
