In the policy issued by the State Council Office on the issue of the “ State Council Office on Strengthening the Comprehensive Development of School Physical Education to Promote the Physical and Mental Health of the Students” issued by the State Council on the 27th(2016),it emphasized that full use was made of publications,networks,and other means to strengthen the dissemination of news to sports and create good schools.Learning atmosphere.Since the public beta of Weibo,it is gradually changing the public's media habits and the mode of information dissemination.It has become the most active information dissemination platform in social media,and college students have gradually become the main force of Weibo users.The appearance of Weibo allows college students to understand sports information and engage in sports events anytime,anywhere.However,the university student's mentality is generally not fully mature.Before entering the society,it will be interfered with by various types of information and influence from various aspects.This is unavoidable in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,this article comprehensively studies the influence of sports microblog on sports attitude and sports behavior of Shanghai college students,and analyzes the problems and impact factors in the process of college students' contact with sports microblog,and then provides new theories for the development of sports microblog and college sports.in accordance with.In this paper,a survey of nearly 1,000 college students,including Fudan University,East China University of Science and Technology,Shanghai International Studies University,etc.,using literature and mathematical statistics,reached the following conclusions:1.Most college students in Shanghai use Weibo,and Weibo has become an effective and convenient way for them to obtain sports information.University students in Shanghai use microblogs more frequently and tend to use information from browsing and reading.At the same time,some college students in Shanghai think that sports micro-blog's ability and effect of disseminating sports information are general.The overall authenticity of sports micro-blog needs to be improved.2.There are significant differences in the motivations of undergraduates of different genders and specialties in Shanghai to engage in sports microblogs.Sports professional and male college students' contact with sports micro-blogs is more of alove for sports;arts and women's college students' contact with sports micro-blogs is more about pursuing sports and entertainment.3.Sports microblogging has broadened the ways in which Shanghai university students learn physical knowledge and skills.However,the educational function of sports micro-blogging highlights the characteristics of the influence of sports attitudes and behaviors of Shanghai university students.The main manifestations of sports microblogging are: The timeliness of sharing and the persuasiveness of sports micro-lyrical trends.4.The status quo of sports attitudes and behaviors of Shanghai's college students is good.The sports micro-blog can not only promote the formation of a healthy sports attitude of Shanghai's undergraduates,but also enable students to actively participate in physical exercise.The higher the frequency of using Weibo,the longer the training time.The greater the frequency and intensity.However,sports microblogs are not sufficiently clear about the theme of sports culture,and the freedom of language can easily lead to the lack of honesty of Weibo content,the emergence of negative energy topics on Weibo,and over-entertainment of Weibo.
