Research On The Rule Of Law Education In "Economic Life" In High School

The high school stage is in the key period of cultivating the students ' rule of law consciousness,it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of the students ' rule of law consciousness at this stage,whether it is the long-term development of the country and society or the students ' individual health and all-round development.As we all know,senior middle school politics is an important channel for law education especially the high school "political life" section..Like political life,economic life is one of the four compulsory modules in the senior middle school ideological and political course,which also contains rich rule of law elements.Because we practise the market economy is also the rule of law economy,market economy activities have associated with the economic law to intervene and regulate.In the teaching of economic life,teachers should fully create conditions for students to carry out the relevant rule of law education.This article is made up of four chapters in total,and the first chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign research status,and unifies own thinking to the senior high school "economic life" the rule of law education carries on the definition.The second chapter focuses on the status quo of the rule of law education in economic life of senior High school,revealing the problem of the rule of law education.The third chapter explains the significance of the rule of law education in economic life of senior high school on the basis of the description and analysis of the present situation.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategy of improving the rule of law education in economic life of senior high school according to the problems revealed in the second chapter.
