Vocational education refers to the educatees to get some professional skills or professional knowledge,good professional ethics,to meet the needs of the engaged in certain social productive labor and development of an education activity,vocational education which is also called vocational and technical education.The characteristics of vocational education is the "professional",has strong purpose and practicality,vocational education especially secondary vocational education,secondary vocational school’s development cannot leave the enterprise,leave the technology,it becomes a paper empty talk.Education is an important part of professional education,and it mainly undertakes the task of training high-quality skilled talents for the society,which plays an important role in social development.It is because the university-enterprise cooperation is so important,therefore,national policy document issued on the implementation of the national vocational education reform and development of normal school’s opinions on construction plan(faculty into [2010] no.9)developing between us.Among them,"innovative teaching environment is built to construct a practical teaching environment with distinctive professional education characteristics.Reform talents training mode,push forward the cooperation between colleges and schools in close cooperation with the enterprise,to establish a market-oriented win-win type teaching mode,set up "work-integrated learning,university-enterprise cooperation" training mode of the new platform,the students’ professional post the required professional quality and professional skill training throughout the whole teaching process.But in the concrete implementation process,the implementation of university-enterprise cooperation had a lot of resistance,local enforcement is not enough,insufficient recognition of leadership of university-enterprise cooperation between colleges,schools,professional construction foundation weak,the enterprise felt too much investment influence factors such as their own development restricts the depth development of university-enterprise cooperation.How to solve these problems and find out the reason research countermeasures is very important to the development of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview to total 120 teachers in seven schools including dalian economic and trade school.Dalian shipbuilding industry group,Qingdao haier air conditioning electronic co.,LTD.,a total of nine companies such as a staff of 60 enterprises a line as well as economic and trade school in dalian seven totaling 188 interns and graduates of the school investigation,through the survey found that exist between the lack of policy platform;The school’s hardware facilities are old or substandard,which does not meet the construction requirements of the training base.In the same area,professional repetition is serious,which makes it more difficult to cooperate.Curriculum setting unreasonable deviation from the industry enterprise production practice;Gradually belittling the role of enterprises and attaching importance to the promotion;University-enterprise cooperation between a departure from the nature of education and teachers’ enterprise practice no school support,and analyzes the reason for the existence of the problem,and put forward the following countermeasures: national policies should promote;National special funds to support school-enterprise cooperation;Resource integration and establishment of vocational education group;Vigorously promote "modern apprenticeship";To carry out the system of rotation of teachers;Before the school-enterprise cooperation,clear its own positioning;Establish a cooperative enterprise named special class and play education.Pay attention to the nature of educating people,the school enterprise cooperation also should warm the heart.
