This article mainly pays attention to detailed management of the management from the existing management deficient, At the same time, using the theory of system management as the guidance of kindergarten safety management work. This paper is mainly divided into the following sections:The first part is introduction, In this part the paper explains the social background of this paper, the theory and practice significance of the study, defines the core concepts related to the research, clarifies the main content and research ideas of this research, and finally introduces the main theoretical basis of this study.The second part is case presentation. For obtaining the maximum amount of information related to the purpose of study from the case, the study purpose sampling in the key, unique and enlightening principle. According to the different activities field, the study mainly chose the indoor and outdoor cases as the research objects.The third part is the analysis of the cases. Through the interviews found that the cause of accident occurred in the two cases are in many aspects, and attribution analysis on several aspects of the related reasons are needed.The fourth part is the enlightenment and suggestions. Using the system management theory as a guide, standing on the basis of overall management function maximization, the study puts forward the basic point of view so as to achieve the optimization of the system target.The fifth part is the summary. This research makes a summary to this research, and points out the inadequacies of their research, the existing problems and the direction of later efforts.
