In the context of economic globalization,countries around the world have proposed education measures to adapt to the development of the 21 st century,China is also not exceptional.Many countries and regions have put forward the theory of cultivating students' “core competence”.Core competence is the essential quality and ability of a student for life.In September 2016,“the core competence of Chinese students' development” was released in Beijing,and the framework of the core competence of Chinese students' development was determined.On January,2018,“the standard of ordinary high school biology curriculum based on core competence(2017)” was promulgated,emphasizing that biological quality is an important part of citizen scientific literacy,and proposed teaching and evaluation Suggestions based on core competence.In this paper,we use the literature and the case analysis,and through the study of the core competence and the national high school biology curriculum standard,we summarize the six characteristics that are based on the core competence of the teaching design,and the three strategies of the instructional evaluation.The teaching design features: the first is to explore the cultivation of students' core competence;The second is to study the analysis to find ways to improve students' core competence level;Third,the teaching goal should be directed to the core competence of students;Fourth,the design of teaching activities should promote the development of students' core competence;The fifth is to summarize and summarize the achievement of core competence goals;The sixth is the different types of courses,and the core competences of cultivation in teaching design are different.The strategy of instructional evaluation: firstly,the instructional evaluation is based on the students and the quality.Secondly,there are various ways to evaluate the evaluation.Thirdly,the specific method of the evaluation scale design: the first step is the determination of the evaluation index,and the second step is the determination of the index weight.This paper is mainly composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background of this paper,and the research status at home and abroad,and thus establishes the research significance and innovation point of this thesis.The second part is the theoretical research,which mainly defines the core accomplishment,discipline core accomplishment and instructional evaluation,and expounds the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is based on the 2017 version of the core connotation of the literacy curriculum standard and biological discipline in-depth analysis,summed up summed up the strategy based on core competence teaching and evaluation.The fourth part is based on two teaching design cases based on core competence,and each case is designed to be specific to each case.It enable that reader to learn how to teach and evaluate base on core competence.The fifth part is the Conclusion and Prospect,which mainly summarizes the research conclusions of this paper and makes a brief analysis of the deficiencies in this paper,and prospects the future research direction.
