Currently,as a goal of education and teaching,core competence is the key word for deepening curriculum reform in high schools in China.Classroom teaching is the key to achieving the core competence.And the schools will achieve the task of "building a virtuous person" through the comprehensive training of core competence in different curriculums.To meet the requirements of reform,in the new curriculum standards,it not only requires teachers to update their educational ideas,but also requires teachers to implement the cultivation of core competence in classroom teaching.Teaching preparation is the initial procedure of teaching.Therefore,the ability of teachers to penetrate the core competence of biology in this procedure will play an important role in improving the core competence of students.In this paper,the questionnaire method is adopted to understand the advantages and disadvantages of teaching preparation among the actual front-line teachers.For example,they attach importance to the design of teaching links in teaching preparation time and ignore the study of curriculum standards;they focus on the explanation of textbook knowledge while neglect the construction of the knowledge system;they attach importance to the design of teaching objectives while pay less attention to the effects;they take students' condition and the content of classroom teaching into account while ignore human emotions;besides,they didn't have a deep understanding of the dimensions and levels of biological core literacy.Based on the cultivation of the core competence of biology in teaching preparation,the author proposes optimization strategies for teaching preparation.For example,the teachers should study curriculum standards through different channels and try their best to understand the theory of the core competence of biology;besides,to build a knowledge framework,it is important for teachers to embed the textbook content into their own subject knowledge system;in addition,teachers should try to improve the level of core competence of biology by choosing different strategies and preset the level;last but not least,teachers should conduct a developing educational evaluations that are consistent with the objectives,and ensure ensure that the multi-media teaching methods is compatible with teaching and learning.As a result,the author study and analyze some cases in teaching preparation according to these above methods.Through analysis of these cases,the conclusions are as follows.Teachers' understandingof the core competence of biology is the basis of teaching preparation.Teachers should construct a personalized knowledge framework,which will help students to build a core concept system,so that students can transformed the memory learning of factual knowledge into meaningful logical learning.The unification of "objective-strategy-evaluation" can improve the efficiency of teaching preparation and help teachers to clarify the direction of students' core competence training and monitoring.The "cooperative research" is a key procedure to improve students' rational thinking and scientific inquiry ability.According to the levels of core competence of biology,during the teaching prepration,teachers should have a sense of the overall situation,focusing on preset and develop the level of core competence of biology,so that the classroom teaching will have a complete structure,smooth procedures,clear ideas,which is helpful to the implementation of core competence of biology.
