The self-development of high school biology teachers' cored competences of biology discipline means that high school biology teachers take their own cored literacy teaching work as the object of consciousness,have clear goals in practice,actively put forward problems that existing on teaching,and seek answers,actively cooperate and self-reflection in the process of continuous learning,so as to continuously experience happiness and own value in the process of knowledge growth and skill improvement.It reflects the overall understanding of senior high school biology teachers on their own cored literacy and self-development.The self-development of high school biology teachers' cored competences of Biology discipline consists of four dimensions: goal setting,autonomous learning,active cooperation and self-reflection.The main purpose of this study is to develop the self-development evaluation index of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy,so as to provide a scientific and effective self-test tool for the research on the level and characteristics of the self-development of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy.This study first combed relevant theories through literature analysis,and obtained key characteristics of the self-development of high school biology teachers' cored literacy,which are setting a goal,autonomous learning,active cooperation and self-reflection,which constitute the most important cored observation points for evaluation indicators.Further used text analysis method to sort out the "Curriculum Standards",and put forward to 10 specific secondary indicators,each of which contains2-5 indicator descriptions,for a total of 31 indicator descriptions.The questionnaire was sent out by mail to consult 8 experts who are engaged in biology teaching theory research in universities,and 7 high school biology teachers with senior secondary titles.After communications with the experts,the evaluation index of self-development of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy recognized by experts was finally formed.And has used this evaluation index to survey 124 high school biology teachers.The results show that:(1)The self-designed evaluation index of the self-development of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy has good reliability and validity,which is a scientific and effective tool for the self-development of high school biology teacher subject cored literacy.(2)On the whole,the self-development of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy is at a medium level,and the development level of each dimension is ranked as follows: self-reflection> autonomous learning> determining goals> active cooperation.(3)In the dimensions of self-development,autonomous learning and active cooperation,male teachers are significantly higher than female teachers;however,there is no significant gender difference in the dimensions of goal setting and self reflection.(4)The average score of high school biology teachers in developed areas is higher than that in underdeveloped areas,but there is no significant difference.(5)The overall and active cooperation and self-reflection dimensions of the self-development of the subject cored literacy of senior high school biology teachers who graduated from non-biological normal major are significantly higher than those of senior high school biology teachers who graduated from biological normal major;there are no significant influence of whether it is the graduation variable of biological normal major on the determination of goals and autonomous learning dimensions.(6)The self-development of high school biology teachers' subject cored literacy is not significantly affected by the teacher's education,the administrative level of the teaching area,and the school level variables.(7)High school biology teachers who have been teaching for more than 10 years have a significantly better average score in the "determined goal" dimension of subject cored literacy self-development than high school biology teachers who have taught for1-6 years.In addition,the general trend of self-development of the subject cored literacy of senior high school biology teachers are: less than one year is the growth period,7-10 years is the trough period,and 10-20 years is the peak period.This study combed theories that relevant to the self-development cored literacy of high school biology teachers,discussed the factors involved in the self-development of the cored literacy of high school biology teachers,and with the help of the pedagogical and psychological measurement,compiled the evaluation index of high school biology teachers' self-development of subject cored literacy which based on cored competence of biology discipline,and used the evaluation index to investigate the level and characteristics of high school biology teachers' self-development of cored literacy,provided a reference to the evaluation of the self-development of the cored literacy of high school biology teachers correctly.
