Our country through the implementation of the national policy of family planning,only 30 years makes China's fertility rate dropped to the low fertility level,the phenomenon that the national macro policy has a significant effect on population control.But since the country's second child policy has been gradually opened up,the rate of fertility improvement seems not obvious.Similarly,the national macro population policy,the effect is enormous difference,this phenomenon is worth exploring.Based on this phenomenon from the perspective of people of childbearing age parents to analyze factors affecting the fertility desire,found people of childbearing age parents have a great influence on the fertility desire,parents education,physical condition are the important influencing factors.The parental care of the parents of their children has a great influence on their childbearing will.Comparison of different fertility policy period data found that people of childbearing age parents' income,health status,in time for rest and relaxation frequency,whether to participate in social pension insurance,whether to participate in social medical insurance and education the number of children are important factors: gestational age population breeding parents some more number of children,the number of children of childbearing age population expectations the parents will reduce;income status and reproductive population fertility desire is proportional to the elders,the higher the income,the number of people of childbearing age children expect relatively more;through "whether there is more free time elder rest time variable reflects the number of children,women of childbearing age expectations will increase;while parents buy social endowment insurance and medical insurance for the people of childbearing age are more likely to have more children.Therefore,the policy of opening up two children is not enough,we need to improve the relevant social system and weaken these effects,so that the current situation of China's aging will be solved for a long.
