Analyzing The Impact Of The Evolution Of Fertility Policy On Population Change

The population is an essential variable in the process of economic and social development.Among various factors of productivity,the most active element is people.China's population should coordinate development with many aspects of resources,such as environment,economy,and society.Therefore,the party and government have always paid close attention to China's population problems and guide the healthy development of the population according to the policies.With the changes in socio-economic conditions,fertility policies have accumulated some issues while creating demographic dividends,including the aging of the population and the imbalance in the population structure.Therefore,the fertility policy needs to be adjusted.Carrying out the analysis of the fertility policy can further optimize the theoretical system of the population policy and enhance the effect of the population policy.It can also help the government solve the real population problem,and provide a theoretical foundation and a realistic operation mode for the coordinated development of population and social economy.This article is mainly composed of five chapters.Firstly,the relevant researches are summarized and the research framework is established;Secondly,the author analyzes the evolution of fertility policy and the action of mechanism from the angel of national,provincial,and municipal levels.Then the article chooses Heihe city as an example,discusses the impact of family planning policy evolution on population changes,and further analyzes its influencing mechanism.Finally,in order to optimize the current social population structure and coordinate the overall development of population,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Fertility policy has a significant impact on the change of fertility rate,but the impact mechanism of fertility policy on population change will adjust with the economic and social development.Therefore,there should be new adjustments and countermeasures in the new era.Firstly,the government should improve the system offertility policy and enhance the effectiveness of the policy;Secondly,continuously improve the level of public services and fertility services;Thirdly,improve female welfare,employment rights and interests,economic subsidies.Fourthly,improve the elderly care service system and actively respond to the aging trend.
