Research On The Progress Management Of The Secondary Vocational Information Project Under The Subcontracting System

The progress of the project management goal is to ensure that the project successfully completed on schedule,so to develop a reasonable plan and effective progress control is an important part of schedule management,planning and control directly determines whether the project can succeed.The project plan has three major elements: scope,time and resources-how long the project covers,how long it will take,and how much resources will be put into it.Besides how to arrange the schedule of the project planning process,iterative updates,ensure the project is completed on schedule,the need to improve the schedule management level by professional project management methods and tools,but the engineering project management information in the medium occupation school,task management methods and tools to use less,the information of project management in Secondary Vocational School is not optimistic.This paper chooses F school information project as the research object.According to the project of "education information ten year development plan(2011-2020)","Shanghai city medium occupation education information construction action plan(2011-2015)" and "occupation" digital campus construction specification documents such as the target of the project construction,occupation education and teaching reform,improve staff quality and various types of information technology teaching practice development an irreplaceable role.The project and other information project has the same construction extensive and complex technology,long cycle,high quality requirements,the difference is the project also exists information project management system is not perfect,the lack of personnel,F school teachers information literacy is low.Time delay,demand change frequently,leaving other stakeholders to greatly influence the progress of the project plan the project implementation process,the lack of corresponding management methods and management tools of progress control of the project.Therefore,the choice of F school information engineering project as the research object,it is of great significance to study the progress management of information project in secondary vocational school.Firstly,through the observation of the hardware F School of information project implementation schedule tracking,found in schedule delays,lack of progress control;secondly,using the critical path method of PERT network technology,and other methods to replace the original quota schedule estimation method of public data center management platform and the progress of F school information project development the evaluation was conducted by Jones,a new method of estimating order arrangement schedule;finally,through graphical control method,the Gantt chart to track public data center and school information management platform F project schedule,the time cost,time,resources of the project schedule modification and optimization,through the establishment of project management optimization the organization structure of the system,to control the change of demand.This paper aims to schedule,progress tracking,schedule execution and research,realize the dynamic management of project progress,by optimizing the project organizational structure,establish reporting system,strengthen the communication between project team members and develop demand change related system reduces the workload of the process plan,improve work efficiency,shorten the time,the rational allocation of resources to.
