| The informatization leadership of the school management team is an important factor affecting the construction and development of regional education informatization.In March 2019,the "Opinions on Implementing the National Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project 2.0" issued by the Ministry of Education pointed out that the establishment and training of school information management teams.In order to better implement the project,according to the "Ningxia Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project 2.0 Implementation Plan"(hereinafter referred to as the"Plan"),both the training and improvement of the school’s informatization management team are carried out,and the promotion of learning through evaluation is also implemented.Build and evaluate the informatization leadership of the school management team.The "Plan" has formulated detailed evaluation methods for teachers’ ability,and put forward specific ideas and requirements for the evaluation of school informatization management teams.However,from the research point of view,the current evaluation index system has not been established.To this end,this study is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s "Capacity Improvement Project 2.0" and Ningxia’s "Plan".Method,constructs the school management team information leadership evaluation index system,in order to provide reference for the development of this work.The research is mainly divided into five parts:The first part:related theoretical research.Studying a large number of literature readings to find an entry point,mainly expounding the research background and problem,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research design and method,definition of related concepts,principles and basis for the construction of evaluation index system.The second part:According to the construction principles of the evaluation index system,on the basis of relevant scientific theories,policy documents,research on the existing index system,and field research and interviews,the first and second level indicators are selected,and the evaluation of the school management team’s information leadership is preliminarily constructed.indicator system.The third part:On the basis of the initial construction of the school management team information leadership evaluation index system,conduct the first round of expert consultation,modify the indicators according to the expert opinions,and compile the "School Management Team Information Leadership Evaluation Index System Expert Consultation Questionnaire(Second)Using SPSS25.0 to analyze the data of the second round,it is concluded that the degree of concentration and coordination of the indicators at all levels in the second round of expert consultation questionnaires is good,so the indicators at all levels of the evaluation index system are determined,and combined with Expert opinions modify the specific description of the evaluation index system.Prepared the "Expert Questionnaire on the Weight of the Evaluation Index System of Informatization Leadership of the School Management Team",carried out the third round of expert consultation,used Yaahp10.1 to calculate the weight,analyzed the rationality of the weight,and obtained the weight of the indicators at all levels.The fourth part:discusses the scope of application and matters needing attention of the school management team’s information leadership evaluation index system.The fifth part summarizes and looks forward to the full text.Summarize the research results and innovations of this study,and propose further research directions. |
