Research On The Construction Of Faculty In Tibet Universities

The purpose of this paper is to conform to the trend of development of the times,take the construction of teaching staff as the core of the study,and investigate the situation of the teaching staff of Tibet University by using the method of literature research and interview.Some new ideas and countermeasures are provided for the construction and management of Tibetan science teachers.Based on the theory of human resource management,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and management of the teaching staff in Tibet University,including the age structure of the teaching staff,the structure of academic background,the structure of professional title,and so on.This paper summarizes the deficiencies in the construction and management of teachers in Tibet University.At the same time,the successful experiences and practices of Southwest University of Chongqing and Qinghai normal University are used for reference,and some countermeasures are put forward to further strengthen the construction and management of the teaching staff of Tibet University.Through the research,the main conclusions of this paper are: under the people-oriented management concept,we should further improve the recruitment,training,assessment and incentive mechanism of teachers in Tibet University,and construct a harmonious campus culture.To retain excellent teachers in colleges and universities with human feelings.This paper studies the construction and management of the teaching staff of Tibet University,hoping to give some inspiration to the construction and management of the teaching staff in the local universities and to realize the long-term goal of the University of Tibet.Finally,from the government,the school and the teacher individual three aspects proposed to promote the school's successful transformation different main body to make the effort.
