Newly-established universities are an important part of education system in China and undertake the task of training talents for the society.But the current market appeared a disconnect between the talent and economic development needs,is an urgent need to newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities to resolve this contradiction,the transformation of the development and transformation of newly-established universities of undergraduate course development cannot leave the support of double-qualified teachers.In this paper,the newly--established universities double-qualified teachers team construction,to cultivate applied technology skilled talents needed by the society,promoted the transformation of school development and serve the local economy development is of great significance.Based on the newly-established universities as the research background,the transformation of the development in Guangxi newly-established universities and universities double-qualified teachers as the research object,combining the reality of local development,the double-qualified teachers of undergraduate level study development path.This study firstly discusses the background and necessity of school transformation,points out that the transformation of double-qualified teachers team in quantity and structure,the requirements of both knowledge and ability and the newly-established universities double-qualified teachers team construction the importance and urgency of analysis.Secondly through interviewing teachers and related data collection and analyzing the current situation of teachers' team found that there are less number of double-qualified teachers,irrational structure,employment and training mechanism has not been sounded and the incentive mechanism is not perfect and the causes of these problems are discussed separately.Finally according to the reality of the newly-established universities built to promote the healthy development of the double-qualified teachers paths,mainly from the Angle of school proposed broaden the source channels,strengthen the talent introduction,improve the training mechanism,increase the intensity of university-enterprise cooperation,optimize the structure,strengthen the construction of part-time teachers,improve the system construction,improve the incentive mechanism of the strategy.In order to realize the function of the double-qualified teachers team and promote the smooth transition of newly-established universities.
