In order to let Tibetan students to accept high quality han areas of professional education, on19February2009, formally implementing Tibetan "9+3" free education plan. The local cultural differences, the living environment of the study on the different, learning level disparity, language communication barrier, Tibetan students Tibetan students in secondary schools accept the han nationality area education, obvious problems to adapt. So, how to "9+3" as soon as possible to the mainland students learn to live, how to let them into normal change life has become a very important issue. Thus, this research center is:"9+3"3students to enter the mainland exists to learn what difficulties, we should take what strategy to help the students to success.This paper in reading a large number of literature, and on the basis of using the questionnaire on the form of an interview of "9+3" students to enter the mainland of learning to adapt to the status of the problem and reason analysis, and thereafter puts forward solutions. Overall, this paper will be divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction. This part of this paper discusses the research background, at home and abroad were summarized and the available research results of this paper enlightenment function, this paper affirms the value of the research.The second part, concrete from the thought, study, life and so on three dimensions on "9+3"students to the mainland after the school does not adapt the performance.The third part, respectively from the differences in culture, school administration system is insufficient, some students lack initiative to consciousness, students conflicts such as prominent factor analysis the reasons.The fourth part, based on love and vocational technical school love action "1+2+1" mode of practice of the enlightenment, and related experience for reference, this article from the thought idea high attention, strengthen the school education teaching management, constantly updating the teaching idea, carry out moral education view series activity on the four aspects to break the "9+3" students to adapt to the question countermeasure research.
