In order to curb housing prices nationwide, the State Council issued a series of policies in2010,including property-purchasing limitation,and to increasing the mortgage rate for the second residential house and the protection of housing construction.Meanwhile,a property tax has been improsed on two experimental cities,Shanghai and Chongqing.The intensive introduction of these measures as well as the intensified competition leave the real estate industry a more difficult life and an uncertain future.Under such a circumstance, the key topic which most companies concern now is how to keep a good top management team through an effective motivation system to ensure the right direction and the great performance ahead.After introducing the current situation of real estate industry in Hunan Province, this paper described the basic situation and structure of XinXiang Group, the research object of this thesis, and analyzed the characteristics of their top management team.Then the author analyzed the company's remuneration motivation system and suggested the improving methods to optimize the current system by introducing other aspects such as performance, annual Income, shareholding and welfare,and other non-material rewards,etc.After the analization of the effection, the author made a conclusion of this research and gave a prospect description at last.Based on the characteristics in real estate business and the actual situation of XinXiang Group, the author specially designed a set of practical measures to improve the company's Top management team remuneration system. This plan can strengthen the management effectiveness and business performance. And the optimized plan is also a great reference to others companies in the real estate industry.
