Lean Production In CSG's Applied Research

Lean Production system was developed by Toyota Motor Company, which focus on waste elimination&continuous improvement. It’s helpful to the manufacturing on productivity increase, quality improvement&cost reduction. Recently, the application is getting wider&deeper. However, the lean production came out with special Japanese background, in its spirit and culture&cannot be implemented directly. The factories&companies should find their own way to run Lean Production with the concept as a guide. After that, Success can be achieved&lean mission can be realized.From this point, we start our Lean Production study in CSG solar company. First we analyse all kinds of problems&summarize all the problems in three aspects:the company management level, production system and workshop level, then findout the schemes to each level, from6S management, Total involvement improvement, creating continous flow, TPM, to TQM, also develop Lean stragtegy&talent. Meanwile, the company need set lean culture&organization to practice "Lean Pyramid" to make sure final achievement. After that, CSG will have its own Lean System for production&talent with profit increasing.The study can be reference to similar manufacturing&also can be the guid to the company, which is going to apply Lean Production.
