Global warming has led to many occurrence of extreme weather and natural disasters, direct contact to food, energy, water resources, ecological and public safety issues, and thus a direct threat to human survival and development. Faced with economic growth and ecological bottlenecks encountered in the process of global economic development, the transformation of economic development, the development of low-carbon economy has become the bottleneck out of this new development pole. Thirty years of reform and opening up of China's rapid economic development due to "high consumption, high pollution, high growth," the traditional mode of economic development, thirty years time the world witnessed the "great nation" brilliant, but this a series of resource and environmental problems caused by the extensive economic development worthy of our comprehensive national strength from, resource efficiency and living standards perspective on "development" in this issue, China from the "big country" to "power" of the road either heavy and long road. Guizhou is located in southwest China, is a resource to highlight the advantages of energy province, but "rich in coal, oil-poor, less gas" resource endowments determine the characteristics of long-term coal as its largest consumer of fossil fuels and a major source of carbon emissions. Between "Beautiful China" policy-oriented accelerate construction of ecological civilization, the Guizhou as the country's poverty problems are more prominent in the province, is facing the biggest problem is how to coordinate the rapid development of the economy and the Castle Peak trees coexist proposed construction of eighteen relationship. Changes in the current economic development, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the development of low-carbon economy to provide a new perspective.This paper uses statistical analysis and econometric analysis chart method of combining to a low-carbon economy as a starting point, Guizhou's industrial structure and energy consumption, carbon emissions profile for the study, to explore the perspective of low-carbon economy in Guizhou Province industrial structure optimization adjustment theory and implementation path. Theoretical foundations, first introduced the theory of low-carbon economy, including the origin of low-carbon economy, the concept and characteristics; then introduce the theory of industrial structure, including the meaning and content of the industrial structure, industrial structure evolution theory, industrial structure adjustment theory; finally introduced low-carbon economy and industrial structure optimization other relevant theories, including the environmental Kuznets curve theory and the theory of sustainable development. It also describes the optimization goals based on the industrial structure of the low carbon economy, including the overall optimization of the development of low-carbon technology development and industrial structure of the internal structure of the industry. In the empirical analysis, the first is to examine the current situation of the development of the industrial structure from the perspective of a low-carbon economy, including to make a brief overview of Guizhou Province, Guizhou overall distribution of industrial structure and the internal structure of the state of various industries, industrial structure and energy consumption and the status quo its recent estimates of carbon emissions in Guizhou Province; Followed by the introduction of the model, the use of regression analysis of the relationship of total economic output, respectively, and between carbon emissions and do regression analysis between energy consumption per unit GDP energy consumption intensity with the industry to determine the correlation between them and their impact degree; Then the introduction of industrial structure evolution-energy consumption, industrial structure evolution-unit GDP energy consumption of the two models, polynomial fitting analysis by reason of total energy consumption and energy consumption per unit of GDP in recent years, changes in the status of the existence of Guizhou Province, Guizhou and judgment Energy saving potential; Finally, based on the previous statistical analysis chart analysis and modeling results:future industrial structure optimization should focus on optimizing the internal structure of the industry adjustment, particularly in the industrial industry, therefore, choose a representative index of industrial property by more than the size of Guizhou Province the index data analysis, low-carbon economy in Guizhou guided some reference should be selected leading industries.End of the article, combined with the results of the empirical analysis of the foregoing, the idea put forward the industrial structure optimization and suggestions based on the perspective of a low-carbon economy in Guizhou Province.
