Emotional problem as a philosophical theme is ancient.From the perspective of empirical science that have long been an important research field of psychology.With the development of modern scholarship,it has also become an important research object of sociology,anthropology,culture,science and other disciplines.In recent years,emotional problems,has become an emerging discipline to create the object of study.However,while the school of social history of the philosophy of science and the sociology of scientific knowledge(SSK)and STS in the research science social context,science cultural construction and scientific understanding of the nature of start related to emotional problems,but has not yet been as an integral part of the conceptual system into the disciplines.Cut from the core theme of the philosophy of science-scientific discoveries,discusses the emotional conceptual construct as a necessary part of the scientific creationists,trying to redefine emotion from the philosophy of science as the domain extension and intension logical system for emotion in the philosophy of science in a reasonable position.With the development and progress of the scientific community,the emotional factors in the scientific creation is not a strange theme,the biggest problem of the current education reform is the examination-oriented education.The nature of the examination-oriented education is to develop students are incomplete,or saying is that there is no creative personality,or that there is no scientific personality.We should recognize only the essence of the university,to be training a complete personality,to exercise the ability and to exercise their knowledge courage.It is a main purpose for the teaching of teachers to heighten student's quality.This is the role models.Who is the norm,High school teacher.Knowledge-based economy is the nature of innovation and technological innovation bases on the basis of scientific discovery which is the nature of the dynamics of the scientific understanding.However,the source of innovative dynamic knowledge-based economy is very the tacit knowledge.The classic tacit knowledge includes emotional elements but traditional research on tacit knowledge could not define emotional and irrational factors(inspired by an understanding,wishes,interests,desires,aesthetics,operations,etc.).This paper is also trying to determine the emotional value position in the scientific and creative activities,and put it on the cultural background of the information age,knowledge production,discover the special role in the historical process of the integration of science and culture and humanistic culture,emotional nurturing,provide a new philosophy of science theoretical basis for innovative research.Now we are in an era of the transformation focusing on the scientific value of the knowledge economy is an important feature of industrial society to a knowledge society in transition.Tacit knowledge is just the basis of knowledge innovation.Emotion is a important component.To explore deeply emotional problems and a variety of non-rational factors including inspiration,understanding the wishes,interests,desires,actions and to define it's the relationship.Reconstucture is a theoretical task that through the relationship through a emotional theoretical framework of the philosophy of science.With the concepts to contain both conceptual systems:emotional epistemology and emotional value of the two concepts.Scientific cognition is the stage of cognition development which must involves factors thus ask for to judge rational and irrational elements and to encounter the inspiration and the insight in the research of science.From this the paper discusses of further a series of questions of scientific creativity and faith,scientific creativity and interest,scientific creativity and ideals.The conclusion points out that science is the science of scientists to create and can't to ignore emotional factors.Science is not the cold but is made by scientists common to be full of ardor and to give free rein to own scientific ability.Understanding the importance of emotion we had to turn its attention to the current education system.The aim of science education and emotional education which is to train students to develop in an all-round way and to acquire a perfect personality that contains the train of emotion.There is a long-standing mistaken idea in the definition of these two concepts.Science education is not just only teaching students the scientific and cultural knowledge.But to heighten the quality of students and to attain everyone who receive an education a lofty realm of thought.
