Modern enterprise competition is no longer a pure technical level or price competition,supply chain direct competition has risen to the first place.Some small and medium-sized enterprises have a one-sided understanding of supply chain management,and they only manage the supply chain in name only,but they do not have the essence of supply chain management.With the complex and changeable demands of customers and urgent orders,the enterprise's ability to adapt will inevitably affect the long-term development of enterprises if it cannot be improved.The most effective way to improve the strain capacity is to improve the management level of enterprise supply chain,so the scientific and reasonable supply chain optimization is urgent for enterprises.This paper through the use of advanced supply chain management ideas,use scientific method for the diagnosis and analysis,makes an analysis about the present situation of Z Company,supply chain management,and points out its sales forecast,supplier management,inventory management,and existing problems in the planning process link.The relative accurate prediction of sales is realized through two scientific forecasting methods.A change of supplier management mode is proposed for supplier management.Using ABC classification to optimize inventory management.Based on the planning link in the SCOR model theory,the existing planning link of Z Company has realized the process optimization and reengineering.In addition,detailed analysis is carried out on the implementation of the above optimization plan,the implementation steps and the difficulties in the implementation process.
