In the modern network manufacturing environment, how to optimize the allocation of enterprise manufacturing resources, how to realize the promotion from information technology to intelligent technology application and how to optimize resource allocation efficiency are the core issue of concern in manufacturing. Textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is typical of many varieties of small batch manufacturing companies. However, they not only need to meet the demand of customer diversified products and technological innovation, but also need to realize the industrial structure upgrading and the transformation of development strategy. Therefore,the introduction of information technology, intelligent technology and lean thinking are the effective guarantee of the enterprises to reduce waste, reduce the cost and improve the quality.In this paper, textile machinery manufacturing company as the research object, through the research on business processes and production operation management of enterprise, then analyzed of existing manufacturing resource allocation and its characteristics, and established a dual resource allocation model of human resources and equipment resources considering the influence of the human resource study factors to production equipment efficiency. When the cost, time and quality as the basis of lean index, this paper proposed a multi-objective dual resource allocation model of textile machinery manufacturing enterprise based on lean production, at the same time, designed the specific algorithm and implementation steps of the manufacturing resources optimization configuration. On this basis, developed the prototype information system of lianyungang some textile machinery manufacturing enterprise. Generally speaking, research projects, which can achieve a better allocation of corporate manufacturing resources rationally and effectively, not only solve the waste of resources caused by the mismatch of resources, but also better realize the real-time monitoring, dynamic management and information flow of enterprise manufacturing resources, greatly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The main work and innovations are as follows:(1) Discussed and analyzed the various resources and configuration issues of manufacturing system, summed up the resource description and configuration of manufacturing system, and then put forward the manufacturing resource allocation strategy based on lean production as the leading factor. After that, study the quantitative measurement method, and analyzed several multi-objective optimization method and technology.(2) Thesis studied the dual resource definition and configuration process of equipment and personnel in textile machinery manufacturing enterprise. On this basis, took the influence of different level of employees' learning performance for repetitive production into consideration, put forward and established time objective function model based on the learning curve.(3) According to the production mode of textile machinery enterprise, proposed the manufacturing resource allocation model based on time, cost and quality for lean target, and the concrete solving process of the model is given; At the same time, a measure method of lean target weight coefficient based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is given in the paper. Finally, analyzed the configuration results under various weighting schemes by comparison with simulation examples.(4) A textile machinery manufacturing enterprises in lianyungang city as the object, designed and developed prototype system of dual resource allocation optimization based on lean production for textile machinery enterprise manufacturing system, whose design process is described in detail, and a related modules in the system are analyzed.Finally, summarized the research content, and further research was forecasted.
