Now the market is more diversified, and customer demands are more and more different. For continuous growth, the enterprises pay more attention to fresh knowledge and talents so they can maintain a more lasting competitiveness; To adapt to the changes of enterprises' demand for talents, employees' desire for new knowledge is more intense. The needs of enterprises and individual employees for training are both increasing. Human resource training can provide knowledge and supplement skills to the organizations and individuals systematically and targetedly, and also contributes to the organizations' demand for talents with long-term development. But in the actual application process it did not achieve the desired training effect."Micro era”, which takes We Chat, micro-blog, micro interview, micro video as the representative, currently inspires the needs of organizations and individuals for fragmentation learning. The Chinese and foreign scholars have studied micro course and micro video related to the "micro", which mainly relate to the education field. There are a few studies about micro training subjects which combine the micro courses and training. These mainly confined to application using We Chat carrier. And different scholars also have different understanding about the connotation of micro training. There is no uniform definition of micro training.This thesis starts from the research background and research status of the micro training, reviews and definitions micro training theory and definition and then further clarifies the characteristics of the connotation of fragmented micro training(referred to as FMT). Then it investigates the application of e-learning and individuals' expectation to micro training through questionnaire survey and interview method, which help to determine the specific needs of micro training. Following the general idea of e-learning system and the general laws of human resources training, the thesis mainly designs FMT system constructing FMT demand analysis, FMT implementation process and FMT effect assessment. And at the same time suggests the important role of the micro training platform and the internal lecturer team to the FMT. Finally the thesis takes the human resources manager positions as an example to check the advantages of FMT.But there are still some deficiencies in the research on FMT. So following will validate and refine the FMT theory and practice by further data collection and universal simulation in order to make innovation to the training field.
