In recent years,small and micro enterprises have gradually become China's economic development of the "light cavalry" to promote the employment of the new force,and because of its small size,lower overall quality of staff and other factors,leading to access to external information channel access,can not better capture To the external development opportunities,the management system of unscientific led to the enterprise did not set up the corresponding strategic objectives and business objectives,the goal is not clear under the premise of lack of employee loyalty,resulting in increased mobility,business employment costs.Management of the extensive,the shortage of funds,companies have to produce poor quality materials,but off the product,the market demand for small micro-enterprise products decline,the lack of corporate integrity,low return on interests,which led to financing difficulties,sales Lack of problems.It can be seen that the root of all problems can not be separated from the lack of knowledge within the enterprise organization,which leads to the core competitiveness is not strong,so the small micro-enterprise alliance and carry out the relevant organizational learning is of great significance.Based on the literature review of the existing theories and research both at home and abroad,the thesis analyzes the necessity and feasibility of alliance between small and micro-enterprises,Related basic theory;Secondly,it puts forward the management system design and curriculum system design of the micro-enterprise alliance organizational learning and builds the third-level evaluation table of the micro-enterprise alliance organizational learning;Thirdly,with the limited development of a certain aquatic product in Qingdao,The case of the company,with reference to the three indicators of the evaluation form,based on the reliability of the questionnaire to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of its existing alliance organizational learning system;and finally summarize the relevant contents of the organizational learning of the micro-enterprise alliance Put forward suggestions and hope can play a certain positive role in the related enterprises in our country.Through questionnaire survey,field investigation and comparison of multiple dimensions,this paper,from the perspective of organizational learning of small micro-enterprise alliance,found many problems existing in the development of small micro-enterprise alliance and organizational learning.The thesis designs the three-level evaluation system of management system,curriculum system and learning effectiveness of the micro-enterprise alliance organizational learning,and has carried out the actual case application,which not only enriches the theoretical foundation of the healthy development of the micro-enterprise alliance organizational learning,The extent can be used as a reference in the actual production and life of enterprises.The survey process invited experts to provide questionnaires for the management of enterprises and business owners and practitioners engaged in the management of small and micro enterprises in all fields,closely combining the research topics of the papers.Therefore,the article builds the management system,curriculum system and organizational learning three-level effect evaluation system has a certain degree of universality,in order to be able to give our country small and micro enterprise alliance organizational learning formulation and redesign.
