The Research Of Suburban Land-lost Farmers Welfare Variety Based On Sen’s Function And Capability Welfare Theory

Land-lost farmers are the product of rapid urban expansion and social development.Ensure that land-lost farmers’ living level don’t be reduced is the important measure to build a new socialist countryside,to eliminate the urban-rural dual structure and promote the development of social harmony and stability. Welfare level evaluation is one of the most significant method to measure the land-lost farmers living standards. In recent years,our country improve the compensation standard to improve the living standards of the farmers.Dose the monetary compensation standard really enhance the welfare level of the peasants? It still remain to be further research. Therefore, based on Sen’s function and capability welfare theory, this paper establish welfare evaluation index system to analyze the different welfare situation on land expropriation, examine the improvement of land acquisition compensation method which is helpful to improve their welfare, and find which index is the most important factor to affect comprehensive welfare. Then,we can put forward some policy suggestions for the government when they improve the land acquisition compensation standard and execute expropriation follow-up work.The main points of each chapter are as follows:Chapter1: Introduce the background and meanings of this paper, and interpret the res-b earch idea, method and possible innovations of this article.Chapter2: Theoretical basis of the suburban land-lost farmers’ welfare variety.Based on the existing studies of some scholars,This chapter mainly defined different type of land-lost farmers,expound the connotation of welfare, establish Wuhan suburban land-lost farmers’ welfare evaluation index system, covering the economic situation, living conditions and environment, the political rights, social security, the future development and the psychological condition the six indexes.Chapter3: The welfare variety analysis of Wuhan suburban land-lost farmers on land acquisition. Starting from the sample situation, analyze the welfare variety on land acquisition from the economic situation, living conditions and environment, political rights,social security, the future development and psychological status.Chapter4: The welfare variety quantitative analysis of Wuhan suburban land-lost farmers on land acquisition. Based on the survey data and the model, this chapter use the method of vague comprehensive estimation to deal with data,then result in the welfarevariety quantitative results of Wuhan suburban land-lost farmers on land requisition.Chapter5: Conclusions, policy Suggestions and prospects. According to Wuhan suburban land-lost farmers welfare perception evaluation,data description and quantitative result,this chapter come to conclusion, put forward pertinent suggestions and discuss the defect of this article.
