In the era of knowledge economy,the trend of globalization accelerates and the market competition becomes more and more intense,all of these make people becoming the largest competitiveness for the companies.With the construction of the tourist island of Hainan,Hainan has become one of the provinces that having the most intensive high-star hotels in our country.However,how to keep the hotel's excellent staffs and reduce the departure rate,becomes a problem for the human resources management of high-star hotels in Hainan.The departure of hotel staff will increase the costs of hotel operating and human resources,affecting the employee's activation and finally lead to the loss of customers,thus it is detrimental for the hotel's long-term stable development.Therefore,it is important and meaningful to study the staff's departure intention in high-star hotels,so as to reduce the loss of excellent staffs by doing some proper actions before they leaves.In this paper,202 staffs from six high-star hotels in Hainan Province were empirically studied,based on the methods of normative researches,and adopted STATA12.0 and AMOS 17.0 to do empirical researches,and starting from the hotel responsibility and staff responsibility of the psychological contract,the dimension composition and its influence on the departure intention are discussed.The results show that,first,both the hotel responsibility and the staff responsibility of the staff's psychological contract are constituted by three dimensions,which are the normative responsibility,developmental responsibility and relational responsibility.Second,the hotel responsibility and the staff responsibility are positive correlated.Third,the hotel responsibility has a significant negative impact on the departure intention.Furthermore,the normative responsibility of the hotel responsibility is negative correlated with the departure intention dramatically.Fourth,the negative impact of the staff responsibility on the departure intention is not significant Fifth,Demographic characteristic variables,such as age,incoming level and job level,have very different influences on the departure intention.Based on the research results,the author proposes the following suggestions.Hope this study will have some inspiration for the high-star hotels about how to keep the excellent staffs.
