With China's reform and opening up and the pace of economic development,people's living standards gradually improved,tourism industry is facing a hitherto unknown development opportunity,the rapid development of the tourism economy also brings the prosperity of the hotel industry,the hotel industry is facing good opportunities for development,at the same time,with the combination of capital and foreign capital to enter,the hotel service industry competition,industry profits continue to decline,on the basis of labor and talent attraction gradually decreased,serious loss of staff.Help enterprises to optimize the overall human resources reasonable allocation of staff turnover,but the high turnover rate of employees,is bound to have a negative impact on the hotel business,such as service quality,training costs,increase their sense of belonging lower,may ultimately lead to customer dissatisfaction,loss of customers,enterprise revenue and profit.In this paper,the research object of JL hotel is an upscale hotel to build five star standard and provide service at the beginning of 2015,put into operation,is also facing the problem of management of star hotel service industry: the staff turnover problem is serious,the staff turnover rate of around 50%,employees work enthusiasm is low,reflects the decline in the quality of service is the client.At the same time will cause the loss of their experience and technology,reduce the influence of the competitiveness of the hotel,hotel operation conditions do not conform to the hotel management level and the level of requirements.Staff turnover of this study is aimed at above problems,combining the theory of human resources management at home and abroad,the investigation about the present situation of JL hotel staff turnover on the basis of,through the collection,summary,sorting,statistics of hotel management related information,analyze the basic factors influencing the JL hotel staff turnover is unfair compensation system,promotion channels narrow as inhumane and poor staff belonging,management system,the deeper reason: the management style and system problems,lead to employees' job satisfaction is low,staff turnover.Finally puts forward the adjustment salary welfare system,human resource management system,differentiationmanagement,establish a good corporate culture and improve the countermeasure and the suggestion,hoping to help JL hotel to improve the existing the problem of high staff turnover,staff management for other similar enterprises to provide some useful ideas and Suggestions.
