Employee turnover has always been an important issue that human resource departments pay close attention to,especially after the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China’s economy has promoted the quick development of the tourism industry,and the hotel industry has also taken this fast train.However,with the“post-90s”employees gradually entering the workplace,the problem of employee turnover in the past has become more prominent.The massive loss of “post-90s”employees will not only reduce the overall service quality of the hotel,increase the operation and management expenses,but also weaken the external reputation and brand awareness,which restricts the healthy development of the hotel.Therefore,how to reduce the "post-90s" employee turnover rate and build a loyal "post-90s" employee team are particularly important for modern hotel enterprises.Based on justice theory,two-factor theory and psychological contract theory,combined with the characteristics of "post-90s" employees,this article conducted a questionnaire survey and interview in view of the current situation of "post-90s" employee turnover in Pingliang Hotel in Gansu,and found that the main reasons for the "post-90s" employee turnover in Pingliang Hotel are as follows: uncompetitive salary and welfare,imperfect performance appraisal system,lack of corporate culture,unclear promotion channels and unbalanced work and life.In view of the above reasons,Pingliang Hotel has taken a series of measures,such as: improving the salary incentive system,improving the “post-90s” staff performance appraisal system,establishing a“staff-oriented” hotel culture,opening the internal staff promotion channels,actively coordinating the relationship of “post-90s” staff between work and life.Through a series of efforts,Pingliang Hotel tries to change the current work situation of“post-90s” staff,stabilize “post-90s” staff team in Pingliang Hotel,so as to achieve the long-term and stable development of Pingliang Hotel.
