State-owned enterprises in China's economic development plays an irreplaceable important role,with the continuous reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises in recent years the enterprise competitiveness was greatly improved, But as the market competition intensified, how to remain unbeaten in the fierce competition and reach enterprise long-term development targets is the current state-owned enterprises needing to ponder question, in addition to the enterprise development strategy and tactics, human resource management is an important guarantee of victory in the race, especially the motivation of staff need to be highly valued. However, at present, the staff incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises has many problems or defects, they are in different degree affects the long-term, stable and healthy development of the enterprise, the employees' work enthusiasm, initiative, and even potential has not been fully effective play and digging, thus cannot create more economic benefits for the enterprise, in this context, employees of state-owned enterprises incentive problems for targeted research is necessary.In this paper, on the basis of the incentive theory at home and abroad for reference, combing with the situation of the BX state-owned enterprises,using the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, detailed understanding of BX enterprise employees incentive status quo, On the one hand, induces the BX company had to take some incentive measures to achieve the effect after, on the other hand, to find out its current on the employee motivation is the deficiencies and problems, including unreasonable compensation system, the personnel promotion and selection mechanism is imperfect, performance evaluation and rewards and punishment system is not complete, despise spiritual and cultural construction, enterprise staff training, etc., by deep analyze the root causes of the problems found, mainly in the management incentive cognitive deviation, enterprise management, incentive mechanism is imperfect, the system implementation is not in place, the lack of competition, etc.In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of BX company, combining with the root causes of these problems, Pointed to the enterprise employees incentive problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions, including change of motivation concept, efforts to achieve the fair the rationality of the compensation system, perfect the performance appraisal, especially pay attention to the performance result feedback and assessment of openness, fairness, impartiality, improve the incentive system and strict implementation in place accordingly, the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive, separate government administration from enterprise management, strengthen staff training and development, make the enterprise more culture and so on. With it can fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff, in order to maximize their potential, improve employees' sense of belonging and identity of the enterprise, the enhancement centripetal force, so as to realize the promotion enterprise's core competitiveness.
