With the continuous development of social economy,human resources management systems is also accompanied by the progress of the society and improve constantly.In order to increase the economic benefit,the enterprises pay more attention to the effective incentive to employees.Among them,welfare is an important part of employee compensation,the traditional welfare system only plays a key role,and the new welfare the system,through the promotion of incentive means to improve welfare will replace the traditional welfare system,its importance is more and more attention.For any enterprise,will do our best to achieve the maximum economic benefits,economic benefits are the enterprise existence value.So the economic benefit of the enterprise depends on the staff's work.The rate depends on the efficiency of the staff,and to the enterprise welfare system.If the enterprise can establish reasonable incentive system,employees of their job satisfaction will be greatly improved,will work in independent positive work attitude.Therefore,the economic benefits of enterprises rely on the incentive effect of employees.In order to achieve the incentive effect of welfare satisfaction survey the staff,will help the company develop in line with their development of the welfare system,to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on the incentives for enterprise and employee welfare effect theory research,through case study proved that employee benefits satisfaction has a certain effect on employee incentive effect.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the concept of employee benefits and incentive of state-owned enterprises,and points out the research framework,methods and innovation of this paper;The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.Firstly,it analyzes the incentive theory,and then summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,which lays the theoretical foundation for this study;The third part,the construction of state-owned enterprise employee welfare incentive effect model.First introduced the basic situation of the research object,and then established the theoretical model,definition of variables and research hypotheses.Provide theoretical support for empirical research;The fourth part,motivate staff welfare state-owned enterprises.In this paper,empirical research on the effects of employee welfare A Beijing state owned enterprises incentive effect of empirical analysis,mainly through the investigation of the effective data obtained by statistical analysis and conclusions:The fifth part,the conclusion of the study and optimization suggestions.Firstly,summarizes the full text,and then according to the empirical results put forward to improve the quality of welfare,according to the needs of employees properly adjust the welfare category,pay attention to welfare information and pay attention to employee daily performance,and the benefits associated four optimization strategies,finally pointed out the deficiency and Prospect of this paper.
