With the continuous development of the economy,enterprise organization and management is faced with the "new normal","after 90,00 army into the enterprise,started to become the main force of the enterprise organization,in this at the same time,new generation of labor force in the growth of abundant material life environment general lack of tradition of hard work spirit,in the blind pursuit of higher level of demand is more impetuous,resulting in employee turnover rate is significantly improved.With the background of China's social and economic steady change for the ongoing transformation of socialist market economy,individual enterprise employees working attitude,ideology and value concept and work behavior have significant aspects of the new changes in traditional staff excellent professionalism in the gradual loss of.Enterprise organization face in the continuous development of enterprise's comprehensive strength competition is more and more reflected in at present in our country enterprise employee engagement level is generally low in the conflict with the talent competition become more and more prominent,which will for the future development of the enterprise caused extremely serious influence,such as causing the waste of the cost of training,the important human resources loss.This research through multi dimension system research on competency of enterprise team,establish team qualified for the force and employee engagement,trying to build up a complete team competency factors system and guide Chinese enterprises to solve today facing engagement with a low degree of problem.On the basis of a large number of references of research,summed up the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the team qualified and employee engagement research perspectives,worked out the team qualified for the force and employee engagement survey questionnaire",340 questionnaires,292 copies of questionnaires,which effective questionnaire for 250,to obtain first-hand information.By using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software,a number of technical analysis,including factor analysis,validity analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc..Through the single factor reliability analysis,found that the various dimensions of enterprise team competency exist significant differences among variables.Each dimension has good reliability.Through positive leadership,comprehensive ability,system guarantee,organization climate,team resources,organizational rewards and job design of employee engagement of three antecedent work significance,a sense of security and resources are available to do regression analysis verified that there is a significant correlation between the comprehensive ability,team resource,return to an organization and security system and significance of work sense of,system guarantee for employee engagement has significant negative impact.Active leadership,comprehensive ability,team resource and return to an organization and safety sense there is a significant correlation between,active leadership and team resources and return the organisation for security sense has a significant positive effect,comprehensive ability for employee engagement has significant negative impact.System security,organizational atmosphere,return to an organization,job design andresources available sense there is a significant correlation between,system security,organizational atmosphere,organizational rewards and job design for safety sense has a significant positive effect.
