In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, especially the fast process of the mobile Internet, overall service of Chinese telecom operators face higher requirements and serious challenges. To deal with this kind of challenge, major domestic carriers have targeted the overall business market as the key and breakthrough point of the development in the form of classes of the development of the communication industry, whole business has transferred the traditional single voice business into mobile Internet and information industry application;As one of the three major domestic operators, in spite of the procession of abundant mobile and stable Internet resource and the construction of the advanced FDD-LTE and WCDMA integration Internet in this field, China Unicom has failed to seize the advantage on the overall group business market, especially after China Mobile grabbing the 4G license firstly,the development of group customer business operation has become at a standstill.This paper analyzes enterprise strategy and business progress of the customers of Jining Unicom from macro and micro these two aspects, and carries a series of research on relational aspects of marketing strategy, marketing management strategy, market segmentation location, business product system and service marketing, etc. On the operation of group business market, it puts forward re-constructive whole business product system, optimization industry information applications and expanding cooperation and cooperation operation these three important directions, and carries on prediction and outlook on the firm market development.Through deep research, this paper put forward the requirement operation management as follows: First, the customers of Jining Unicom Group should also take full advantage of 4G Internet, increase product innovation, and strengthen information industry applications; Second, on the internal operation of enterprise, there are some needs to integrate business acceptance progress, accelerate the whole business market development of enterprise and grab the overall advantage of the group business market in telecommunication industry.
