Valuation Of Tourism Resources In Shennongjia Geopark Based On TCM And CVM Method

Geological relics formed in the long geological history of the earth,it is a kind of non-renewable natural resources.Precious geological relics are of great significance for us to explore the mystery of the earth and to appreciate its unique and beautiful geological landscapes.In 1999,the UNESCO put forward the plan of Global Geoparks Network to protect the geological relics more effectively and to develop in a more reasonable way.It is important to evaluate the tourism resources of the Geopark for protecting the ecological environment and the tourist resources.Shennongjia was certified as a world geopark in September 9th,2013.It has an excellent geological heritage resources and plenty of tourist resources.This research uses TCM to evaluate the recreational value and uses CVM to evaluate the non-use value of Shennongjia Geopark.Firstly,this research summed up the history,method and content of tourism resources values based on the concept of economic.The paper discussed the connotation,structure and assessment methods of Geopark tourism resources value through the characteristics of Geopark on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of geopark and its resources.Secondly,this paper introduced the general situation of Shennongjia Geopark,classified and evaluated the tourism resources of Shennongjia Geopark.Finally,the research on the tourist market provides basic data for TCM and CVM.Based on the questionnaire survey,the author dividied the total sample into the tourist regions,with the residential area into 16 regions and 24 regions of outside province,calculated the every village travel rates and the consumer spending.With the aid of SPSS software,the regression model of the national tourists was established,a demanding curve on tourism recreation of the Shennongjia Geopark was matched,and the consumer surplus was calculated.It is calculated that the Recreational Value of Shennongjia Geopark in 2015 is RMB 17.2207025 billion.Based on the CV questionnaire,the research calculated that WTP median value of Shennongjia Geopark is RMB 29.06.With the correlation analysis of factors and willingness to pay rate and WTP value,then it caculated that the Non-Use Value of Shennongjia Geopark in 2015 is RMB 13.799854 billion.According to the distribution proportion of the three reasons for the payment motivation,it calculated the existence value is RMB 4.2051057 billion,heritage value is RMB 8.3509846 billion,option value is RMB 1.2437637 billion.
