The Study About The Eco-efficiency Of Land Utilization In Hubei Province Based On Date Envelopment Analysis

Land resources as a basic material goods since the birth of human survival,is the basis of all wealth attached thereon,survival and development plays an important role in human reproduction.Since the reform and opening up three decades,the Chinese government's use of the huge land resources and the demographic dividend has created vast wealth,lead the people gradually into a well-off society.However,the twenty-first century,with the rapid depletion of natural resources,extensive land use,economic growth has also brought a variety of environmental and ecological problems irreparable.Ecological civilization increasingly pay attention to policy makers as well as the majority of scholars.Eco-efficiency of land use studies,as an evaluation of the level of regional land use basis,land-use planning has become an important part of decision-making reference.The middle reaches of Yangtze River City Group is our comprehensive deepening reform and promoting the new urbanization of key areas,regional development in China occupies an important position in the "triangle." April 2015,the State Council promulgated the "middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Group Development Plan",and strive to build a new middle reaches of the Yangtze River,one of China's economic growth pole.Therefore,the study of the ecological efficiency of land middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Group's use will help the cities in the region to assess local land use ecological level,into a cloth from different aspects of improved land-use behavior,socially and economically ecological middle reaches of the Yangtze River synchronization development of countermeasures.In this study,first at home and abroad land use,reviewed eco-efficiency,eco-efficiency of land use in three areas of literature,summarizes the progress of the current land use eco-efficiency.From the third chapter,the paper choose the Yangtze River City Group of the Central region,select the 2009-2013 time section,were put to labor,to all energy inputs,ground water resources are inputs to both capital investment,output of waste water-GDP load,S02-GDP load,smoke-GDP load,use input-output model C2R model,obtained 31 cities land use eco-efficiency.Finally,according to the common definition of the region into the Wuhan city circle,ring CZT city cluster,Poyang Lake Urban Agglomeration,respectively,the time and space evolution of land eco-efficient three regions were analyzed.The fourth chapter,through the efficiency value calculation result of the foregoing,the cities of the land in 2013 using eco-efficiency has been optimized,it pointed out cities input redundancy and output deficiency indicators reveal cities next industrial revolution direction to further enhance its eco-efficiency of land use.Finally,the study based on the research results,given the Middle Yangtze River City Group to enhance the eco-efficiency of land use policy recommendation that a comprehensive understanding of the current land use,targeted to optimize allocation of resources,enhance the efficiency of land use,strict pollution emissions.While strengthening regional collaboration,and ultimately promote the Yangtze River region of ecological civilization has greatly improved.
