Research On The State And Temporariness Evolution Of Land Use Performance In The Urban Agglomeration On The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River

As the basis material resources for human beings,land resources play a crucial role in the process of regeneration and multiplication.Using the land resources and huge population,Chinese government has built vast fortunes since the reform and open policy 30 years.The Chinese government promoted the development of social economic and led the people gradually step into a well-off society.However,the twenty-first century,rapid consumption of resources,extensive use of land resources and land resources pollution have already become the obstacle of the development of the economic society.The land use performance evaluation is an important method to improve the way of land use so that cause the attention of policymakers and scholars.The effective way of land resources performance evaluation is synthesize the characteristics of utilizing and build the indicator system of land use performance,and then do the research under the way of relevant quantitative method.It could grasp the performance of land resources at macro level and formulate the way of land use and supervisor mode.The Development Planning of the Urban Agglomeration on the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River issued by the State Council in April,2015.It strives to make the urban agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as a new growing point in national economy.The urban agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is the key area of comprehensively deepens reform and promotes the new type of urbanization.Therefore,the research on land use performance of the urban agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is benefit for the development of economic society and ecological environment.The article established urban land use performance evaluation index system from input level of cultivated land,land use degree and efficiency,land use sustainability for an in-depth understanding on comprehensive development situation.The article evaluates the state of land use performance in the urban agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River between 2010-2014,using a combined entropy weight and TOPSIS method.In addition,the article conducts a visual cluster analysis of land use performance using the Jenks natural breaks classification method and putting forward some countermeasures and suggestion.The three main research findings are as follows:(1)The five key factors affecting the land use performance of the urban agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are:per capita retail sales for social consumer goods,per acre fixed investments,the ration of farmland and construction land,per acre GDP and per acre employ.(2)The whole level of land use performance on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River between 2010-2014 is somewhat low.Compared with other cities in Wuhan megalopolis,the land use performance of Wuhan obviously in a prominent position,this land use performance gap between Wuhan and its surrounding cities is evident.Besides Changsha and Zhuzhou,the land use performance of other cites of Ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtanurban agglomeration is lagged behind.Ring of Poyang Lake City circle has small overall difference of land use performance and it's gradually increased from 2011 to 2014.(3)In Wuhan megalopolis,the land use performance of Jingmen,Jingzhou and Huanggang in worse and worst level.In Ring of Poyang lake city circle,the land use performance of Fuzhou Pingxiang and Yichun rose year by year.
