Under the premise of global integration and the changing business environment,the uncertainty of the external environment which companies are facing is increasing,traditional,static talent management model has been unable to adapt to the new requirements of economic,social and environmental development,more and more international and domestic enterprises pay more attention to talent supply chain in order to achieve sustainable development.However,how the talent supply chain management affects organizational performance,the impact of each link in the supply chain talent for organizational performance has become an important issue in the construction of talent supply chain management that business have to face.Based on this,in this paper,talent supply chain management and enterprise performance as the research object,we studied the relationship between talent supply chain management and enterprise performance.Based on the theory research and summary,the basic model was constructed talent supply chain management on business performance impacts.Construction reflects talent supply chain management and enterprise performance proxy variables related theory analysis.In this paper,through access to relevant data sample design and questionnaire survey,use Spss software for data process,empirical test the relationship between talent supply chain management and enterprise performance.The results show that talent supply chain management and enterprise performance are positively correlated,including:talent planning and corporate performance is positively related;personnel inventory and enterprise performance is positively related;talent supply and firm performance is positively related;personnel training and corporate performance is positively correlated.These impacts are significant.Based on the verification result,recommendations are proposed from the four aspects of talent supply chain management to promote enterprise performance.
