Investigation And Research On The Current Status Of New Urbanization Construction In Wafangdian Cit

Urbanization is the only way to achieve socialist modernization,and it is also an important driving force for promoting healthy economic development.In the process of urbanization,one of the important issues facing China is that the development of land urbanization is rapid,but the development of population urbanization lags behind.In 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the guiding outline of "Key Tasks for the Development of New Urbanization and Urban-Rural Integration in 2021",which emphasizes that in the process of urbanization,we should adhere to the principle of putting people first,promote the orderly integration of agricultural population into the city,strengthen urban governance,enhance the level of modernization,and accelerate the integration of urban and rural development.In recent years,the economic strength of Wafangdian City has been constantly improved,and the construction of new urbanization has been constantly promoted.In 2021,it will rank 68 th among the top 100 counties in Saidi,and the urbanization rate of registered residence population will be36.5%.The implementation of the new urbanization development strategy in Wafangdian City is an important way to strengthen modernization construction,and also an important measure for the people of the city to achieve common prosperity and live and work in peace and contentment.Through investigation and research,under the guidance of urban-rural integration theory,public governance theory,and sustainable development theory,and combined with the questionnaire on the current situation of new urbanization construction in Wafangdian City,this paper conducts a relatively specific analysis of the situation of new urbanization construction in Wafangdian City through literature analysis and questionnaire survey.The study found that in the process of building a new type of urbanization in Wafangdian City,the spatial layout of the city has been continuously optimized,the construction of human settlements and infrastructure has been continuously improved,and the construction of modern industries has also been continuously deepened.However,in the process of developing a new type of urbanization,there are still problems such as low urbanization rate,weak urban and rural infrastructure,unclear industrial support for urbanization,and lack of farmers’ awareness of urbanization initiative.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the new urbanization construction in Wafangdian City,this article,based on the actual situation of Wafangdian City and guided by the urban and rural development plan of Wafangdian City in recent years,proposes a more specific implementation path in terms of giving play to the guiding role of policies in urbanization,improving the construction of people’s livelihood infrastructure,strengthening industrial support,and enhancing the active awareness of residents in urbanization.This study can enrich the domestic research theory of new urbanization,provide useful reference for the construction of new urbanization in Wafangdian City,and also point out the direction for further research on the issue of new urbanization in Wafangdian City.
