Therefore, only actively respond to the challenges of aging in order to ensure sustained rapid and stable development.This paper shows the background and significance of aging, aging is explained in society today can not ignore a problem. Secondly, at home and abroad on issues of population aging made relevant theoretical review, then the data in Liaoning Province based on analysis of aging effects on savings and consumption situation.
