Analysis On The Effect Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer To Economic Growth In Jiangxi Province

In 2013,the Jiangxi provincial government proposed a comprehensive upgrade of the following four aspects:industry,opening-up,innovation and regional,hoping to promote its economic development through undertaking the eastern coastal regions of industrial transfer.And with the latest international industrial transfer wave,the transfer of industries transfer from the developed countries to developing countries,and due to China's eastern coastal areas of industries face urgent transformation and upgrading,industries transfer to inland have become inevitable.Seizing the opportunity to accelerate the current domestic and foreign industries,and actively and effectively undertaking industrial transfer are important prerequisites for the rise of the economy of Jiangxi.This paper studies the effect of industrial transfer on the economic growth of Jiangxi.Firstly,we raise the problem from the background of the industries transfer at home and abroad,and then elaborate the related matters.After that we summarize the relevant domestic and international literatures.From the elaboration of relationship between industrial transfer and economic growth in detail,it is believed that the industrial transfer promote economic growth through the optimization effect,the expansion effect and the development effect.Secondly,this paper is based on previous studies,and on the fundamental of Cobb-Douglas production,we construct panel data regression model which selects a representative index,and do some descriptive systematical analyses of these indicators sample.The sample space includes the relevant panel data of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2006 to 2014.At the end of this paper,we use the above econometric model to analyze.The first stage shows that the transfer of industry has obvious optimization effect,expansion effect and the development effect by unit root test,co integration analysis,Hausman test.In the second stage we study the influence degree of the effect on economic growth through the mode by the OLS panel regression analysis optimization effect,expansion effect and the development effect.The final result of the study shows that undertaking industrial transfer has a long-term stable positive correlation for Jiangxi economic growth.It has optimization effect,expansion effect,development effect for Jiangxi to undertake industrial transfer.Based on the research results,this paper argues that Jiangxi should undertake policies and means to positively undertake domestic and international industrial transfer to accelerate the economic growth through planning the development of specialized industrial transfer,choosing the undertaking point of industrial transfer and establishing the regional coordination mechanism,optimizing the industries transfer environment.
