With the rapid development of market economy,the real estate industry is also growing,commercial housing rapid development has gradually become the subject of the housing supply,and the development of economy has brought rapid growth in house prices,resulting in an increasing number of low-income families can not afford housing,to expand the scope and coverage of the housing security is an inevitable trend.After years of exploration and practice,our country has formed integrated security system composing of low-rent houses,public-rent housing,economical housing,capped-price housing.In view of the existing housing demand and indemnificatory housing construction situation,“twelfth five-year"period in our country,the government invest a lot of resources to the construction of security housing projects to meet the housing needs of low-income families,and in the meantime exploring new housing security architecture to improve housing security level to achieve maximum effect of housing,launch various new initiatives,For example,suspending the construction of economical housing,increase public rental housing construction,and combining three kinds of security housing into one have been explored in some areas' housing security,and increase to promote the transformation of shantytowns.These policies reflect the government has begun to consider all kinds of comprehensive benefit of security housing construction,and studies the proportion of constructing different security housing.These initiatives reflect the government has from the aspects of economy,policy and society consider the comprehensive benefits of various types of affordable housing,.and how to determine the proportion of the construction of various types of security so that the maximum efficiency of housing security.This paper is to stand in the perspective of decision makers(government),analysis of subjective factors and objective factors influencing the construction of security housing projects.and through scientific method to determine the proportion of the decision making problem,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each decision method.This paper decided to choose the entropy weight method,and on this basis to establish the optimization model of entropy weight coefficient,and scientific and reasonable establishment of decision-making index system.First use of entropy method to calculate the entropy weight coefficient of each index in the decision-making index system,The entropy weight coefficient is brought into the optimization model,and the optimal proportion of thesecurity housing project is calculated by the constraint conditions.The model takes into account the mandatory and objective factors that affect the construction of security housing,for the government to formulate scientific and rational the security housing's construction structure scheme to provide a reference value.Finally,this paper uses the optimization model of entropy weight coefficient to optimize the construction of Ganzhou city's security housing projects,system analysis of the structure of security housing projects with optimization before and after optimization,And for the existing housing security system to put forward the corresponding recommendations,in order to improve the level of security to ensure maximum efficiency of housing security.
