It's necessary to evaluate the technology alliance's performance to maintain a stable relationship of internal members and favor of promoting long-term stable operation.In this paper, we will construct a performance evaluation index system of the technology alliance, explicit the main structure and the various components of the system, determine the weight of each index. It's benefit of discovering the issues of technology alliance during operation and making constructive suggestions for technology alliance'subsequent stable development.Firstly, we comb the results of previous studies.
