The Study On Evaluation And Control Index System For Logistics Alliance

With the trend of economy globalization and the fast development of information technology,the modern logistics as the third source of profit is rising up in the world. After several decade's development, the modern logistics has become a hot economic point and a new profit source. As the development of information technology and wide use of internet, market competition is getting severer and severer. It is difficult for individual logistics enterprise to master the fast changing market chances. Therefore enterprise should expand the range of sources and integrate its internal and external sources based on its core ability to win advantage in competition. Facing the hard competition,our traditional logistics enterprises are changing their ways. Under such circumstance,how to establish a greater logistics alliance is the trend. This paper explores the establishment among logistics enterprises, evaluation index system and some other relevant problems.Firstly this discourse summarizes the logistics enterprise,the third party logistics,the fourth party logistics and logistics alliance. It points out the necessity of establishing alliance among logistics enterprises. After analyzing the ordinary mode of combination, the discourese discusses the new pattern which centers round organizing and harmonizing the enterprises. In the new pattern,the members of alliance consists of transportation, storage, communicaion service and so on. On this basis, a set of performance index and estimate index system for different members are established. Diagnosis index is set to judge the harmony among the alliance enterprises. Firstly the index system uses fuzzy mathematics and benchmarking theory to estimate and judge, and then establish corresponding control and stimulant system. In the last part,the conclusion is drawn and some problems which need further discussion are put forward.
