Research On The Impact Factors And Evaluation For Performance Of Knowledge Alliance

In response to increasingly complex and changing market uncertainty and the risks of technology development, more and more enterprises begin trying to get the key knowledge / technical resources from outside. This trends contribute to the mode shift from a linear model to the network process of technological innovation .the rapid development of Knowledge Alliance demonstrates this shift .The rapid development of Knowledge alliances demonstrates this shift .As the main output of the Educational social research project (No. 09YJC630109),this paper attempts to research on the performance of the modern enterprises'knowledge alliances.literature review, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis are used throughout in this dissertation, Main work, innovative explorations and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the essay defines knowledge and the forms of knowledge alliance. based on review of previous outstanding theories, we introduces the theory of organization learning,knowledge dynamics,knowledge evolution and social network analysis to explain the construction and development of KA. which paves the way for the further research on empirical study.Secondly, this paper attempts to analyze the evaluation dimensions and the main factors that can change the performance of knowledge alliances. We experts and constructs a new set of Evaluation index System for the measures of Knowledge alliances performance, and also the dissertation develop its questionnaire to evaluate the indicators.Thirdly, this paper try to define and extract some evaluation indicators for the KA performance. the essays analyses the performance of knowledge alliance from two angles: the result performance and the process performance, breaking the traditional Perspective to Enterprise Knowledge generation and accumulation .Fourthly, with a variety of research methods adopted in this study, the essay applys the empirical research, factor analysis, correlation analysis and SEM to analyze the multi-layer data, in order to show its own characteristics of Knowledge Alliance, the learning behavior and the impact on the performance of Knowledge Alliance ,and attempts to find out the elements, structures, process and performance relationship between the paths. The study model attributes to the further research on the theory of knowledge alliance , and is also helpful for enhancing firms'innovation capabilities and technology status .
