Research On The Development Of Science And Technology Service Industry In Gansu Province

Science and technology service industry is an important part of the modern service industry,with the characteristics of high intelligence,high technology content,large industrial added value,strong radiation,and so on.In recent years,the development of science and technology service industry in China has been developed well,the service content has been continuously enriched,the service model has been constantly innovating,the new technology service organization and service industry are emerging,and the quality of service and the ability to improve steadily.But on the whole our country science and technology service industry is still in the early stages of development,the market development is not perfect,service specialization degree is not high and the high-end service industry is less,the lack of well-known brands,the development environment is not perfect,lacking of compound talents and other issues.Gansu Province Science and technology service industry development is still in the primary stage,in recent years science and technology service industry and related industry good momentum of development,science and technology service industry workers increased year by year,science and technology service industry accounted for the proportion of the tertiary industry and GDP in Gansu Province also increased year by year,science and technology service industry for as asunrise industry in Gansu Province has been a certain degree of attention.But in the initial stage of science and technology service industry is facing many problems,such as: the government support is not enough,the market operation level is not high,high level technical personnel lack the problem.In this paper,through the study of the development model of domestic and foreign science and technology service industry,we put forward how to develop the science and technology service industry in Gansu province.First,the article summarizes the development status of domestic and foreign technical service industry,and introduces the concept of the basic theory of science and technology service industry,then the Gansu Province Science and technology service industry development status and problems of analysis,through the science and technology service industry development pattern of the world developed countries like Germany and Japan are summarized,combing Germany and Japan in the experience of the development of science and technology service industry;emphatically to the "Silicon Valley" in Beijing's Zhongguancun compared summing up successful experience of "Silicon Valley" and the Zhongguancun.Through the analysis of the successful experience of Germany,Japan,the "Silicon Valley" and the development of Zhongguancun science in technology service industry,the development of science and technology service industry in Gansu isputting forward.
