The focus of this paper is to adapt to the new normal background of farmers' professional co-operatives supervision mechanism research. The author hope that the in the development of farmers' professional co-operatives to play to the role of the supervision mechanism, the effective regulation throughout the whole process of the development of farmers' professional co-operatives and encourage support the legal operation, normal production, eliminate to stop illegal arbitrage, irregular operations, will be limited social resources to concentrate in farmers' professional co-operatives, promote the healthy growth of farmers' professional cooperatives under the new normal.
