Research On Performance Evaluation Of Resource-based Listed Companies And Its Influencing Factors

The One Belt One Road Developing Guidelines of China, especially the policy of "Silk Road Economic Belt" is putting forward a good opportunity for the listed company's realizing rapid development provides the related areas. Owing to the resource-based background, the resources-based enterprises take an important role in this economic belt which is rich in resources.Therefore, raising scientific and reasonable evaluation on the performance of resources-based listed companies as well as analyse and put forward the problems and policy suggestions has theoretical value and practical significance to standardize the silk road economic belt capital market, improve the quality of the silk road economic belt economy development, and promoting international cooperation in the silk road economic belt.First, in this article, the existing literature about performance evaluation of listed companies are summarized and concluded on both the domestic and foreign fields. These research results of the performance evaluation of listed companies and its development status, includ the method and history of the performance evaluation of listed companies and introduction of the performance evaluation of research background and theory basis of the related studies. At the same time, we have shown the basic situation of resources-based listed companies on the silk road economic belt. Through the historical evolution of performance evaluation domesticly and abroad, the feasibility of the various evaluation methods, practical value as well as the advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed. The factor analysis method is determined as the main method to study the performance of the resource-based listed companies on silk road Economic Belt.In the process of empirical analysis, this article selects 35 resource-based listed companies on the silk road as the total sample from 2012 to 2013, five aspects of a selected indicators have been established as evaluation index system. The operating performance of listed companies and the silk road economic belt of resources the financial indicators of listed companies and the national resources compares the simple average index of listed companies, the silk road economic belt of resources performance have a preliminary evaluation of listed companies, using SPSS analysis software, through the method of factor analysis, obtained the silk road economic belt of resource-based listed company profit ability, growth ability, debt paying ability, operation ability, liquidity of five main factors and comprehensive performance scores and rankings, and then verify the comprehensive performance score based on asset size, time to market, region, industry, such as internal and external environmental factors of different whether differences make the enterprise performance and the relationship between internal and external environment factors and comprehensive performance score.According to the scores and rankings,35 resource-based listed companies on the silk road economic belt are all given performance result from the angle of factor, niche business as well as region. And on this basis, this paper puts forward some realistic, pertinence and feasibility suggestions countermeasures for government and institutions, listed companies and investors of listed companies to raise scientific decision to realize improvement in profit, deeper transregional and international cooperation as well as shares in global market and utilize foreign resources in order to ultimately seek develoment trace for the listed companies on the silk road economic belt within the overall operating performance of steady development, and accumulate data for the related further research.
